Order processing
Orders are prepared within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
After your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
- Europe: 4–11 business days (Norway and Switzerland: about 5 business days)
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of carrier issues, customs, weather or high-volume periods. Your products are shipped from our fulfillment partners' warehouses in the United States and Europe, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping rates
Shipping is free on orders over $75. For orders below $75, the shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Where we ship
We ship to 30+ countries. The destinations available to you are shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, we cannot deliver there yet.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details so you can follow your package.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes or VAT may apply. When they do, they are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Address errors and lost packages
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is lost or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us at lunyxservice@gmail.com and we will look into it.
